How long does each diffusion insert last and when should I replace it?
With regular daily use, each diffusion insert lasts anywhere from 2 to 3 months before needing replacement. A good rule: keep using the same insert as long as it absorbs oil well and smells clean. Replace it when the pad feels stiff or compacted, or the aroma seems weaker even after a fresh fill. With 9 inserts included, you're well covered for a long time.
Can I use any essential oil I like?
