Refund policy
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Necklaces can be returned within 60 days of delivery, even if they have been used.
Essential oil bottles can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and sealed. Opened essential oils are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in standard cases.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If a necklace or essential oil arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose to receive either a free replacement or a full refund. In these cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, sale items or gift cards.
Opened or used essential oil bottles are not eligible for return.

Bundles
If your order includes a bundle (for example, a necklace and an essential oil), each item may be returned independently as long as it meets the return conditions outlined above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase. This right applies only to orders shipped to EU countries and does not replace the 60-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been delivered to the designated return address.
